I have lost the original console cable to the cisco linksys srw2048 and was wondering if i can use the cisco console cable or can a regular serial cable with female ends will work. Using the provided serial cable. I have three srw2048 switches and i am desperately trying to use the included serial cable and connect to my laptop but it will not work at all.
